About Our Organization
Providing Youth and Families Resources and Alternatives that Lead to a Successful Life
Youth & Family Connections is a community based nonprofit service organization founded in 2005. We provide multi-agency services for Weld County youth engaged in high risk behaviors, as well as for their families. Our mission is to create pathways for youth success, along with partnerships with community, civic, and governmental organizations.
There is no cost for our services. Referrals come from a variety of sources, including schools, law enforcement, concerned parents, and many others. When a youth/family visits one of our two office locations, an individual assessment is completed to determine problem areas and help connect them to local services in their immediate community for support.
Frequently used services include, but are not limited to: Meditation, Life Skills Training, Restorative Justice, Anger Management, Mental Health Services, Relationship-Building and Parenting Classes, Drug and Alcohol Education, Intervention, and Monitoring.
