Youth & Family Connections offers a multitude of ways to get involved. Whether you join us as a volunteer, an intern, or a sponsor--community support and involvement is a large part of how we continue making a difference in the Weld County community.
Come make a difference and support your community!
Youth & Family Connections provides all its services at no cost to the families who participate. It is through direct support from our community partners and charitable giving from our sponsors that YFC continues to serve the Weld County community. Whether you give $1 or $1,000, every gift supports these efforts and is greatly appreciated!
Volunteering with Youth & Family Connections is more than just giving back to your community--it's investing in the lives of our community's youth and in yourself. Whether you help with administrative activities, serve as a community member in YFC meetings and events, or even train to become a facilitator yourself, there are many different ways to make an impact.
College students looking for more hands-on experience in the fields of Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, and more are encouraged to apply for one of our various intern positions. Work directly with case managers to gain practical experience and make a meaningful impact in the community, too.
